HERITAGE ANIMAL CLINIC

I had an excellent experience at Heritage Animal Clinic during an emergency visit for my cat, Tiana, who was dealing with high glucose levels and a urinary tract infection and Miami who suffers from allergies. The staff were incredibly friendly and made a stressful situation much easier. We were seen quickly, and the wait time was impressively short.

Dr. Inez Pinto was extremely compassionate taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure Tiana and Miami received the best possible care.

The clinic itself is very clean and quiet, and I appreciated that they have a separate room for dogs, which helped my babies stay calm. Another big plus is that they have their own pharmacy convenient to get all necessary food and medications right away.

Overall, this is a fantastic veterinary clinic, and I highly recommend Heritage Animal Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and efficient care for their pets.

We take our three cats for care at the Heritage Animal Clinic and have been very happy with this office. The facility is clean, comfortable, and bright. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love being able to schedule appointments online. Detailed care reports are sent immediately after the appointment. The pricing is transparent and reasonable. I highly recommend the Heritage Animal Clinic and Dr. Pinto.

I'm so glad we found Heritage Animal Clinic! The office is beautiful and clean, I especially appreciate the cat rooms with big windows and perches. They are upfront with pricing and respectful about staying within your budget. Dr. Pinto is gentle and kind and knowledgeable. It's been easy to get an appointment quickly and the wait time once there is minimal. I am happy with the care we have received in our two visits and plan to continue using them for all of our animals needs!

Love this place! Moved here recently from out of state and found this vet for my cat. They are easy to reach anytime, very friendly front office staff and make scheduling simple. They call with appointment reminders. All their staff has been great and the Dr is awesome. You can truly tell they care about your pets. Their pricing is very fair and affordable, and they take the time to listen to you and talk to you about your options. The vet has always made the effort to call me and discuss results etc with me. Office is cute and clean. So happy I found this place.

I happened upon this vet and am so thankful I did! I love how you can do the intake ahead of time and not when you’re wrangling a furry family member. I also love how wonderfully kind all the staff is. They treat everyone so well. The veterinarian explains everything you need to know and you can chose what can wait until next visit versus what’s more imperative this visit. The “baby picture” when we had our first visit (almost a year ago.) was so sweet too. They go the extra mile. Heritage Animal Clinic is the best!

I am so thankful for Dr. Pinto and all of the staff at Heritage Animal Clinic. I had to make on of the hardest decisions and put my sweet boy, Louie, to sleep on Monday. Dr. pinto was there to answer all of my questions and gave her honest opinion about the situation. My family and I were given as much time as we needed to say our good-bye’s. When it was time to let him go she explained the process to us and talked us through each step. I could see that my baby was tired and he left his physical body so peacefully. This world and our home will never be the same without him. I am so brokenhearted but he is resting now. There are not enough words to say “Thank You” to Dr. Pinto and her staff for the care provided to Louie but most of all for the compassion that they showed during this difficult time. 💔

We have taken our pup to Heritage several times now for allergies. Dr. Pinto and her staff are all wonderful and treat her so well along with spending plenty of time answering all our questions. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the wait times have been very short. I also like that they itemize all the options to help you figure out what you can afford to do.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Pinto and her staff. They are absolutely amazing. They’ve cared for our fur babies so well. They are kind, courteous, compassionate, and all around top notch providers. We 100/10 recommend Heritage Animal Clinic.
