HERITAGE ANIMAL CLINIC

It was a great experience being at Heritage! The place is extremely clean, and there was no wait time at all. As soon as we arrived, we were taken care of right away. The entire staff was wonderful, but a big shoutout to Dana — she was spectacular: patient, kind, and very friendly! Thank you so much. This will definitely be our vet from now on. They evaluated our baby girl, Nala, provided the right treatment, and she fully recovered. We truly appreciate the excellent care. Thank you!

We had an appointment with Dr. Ines Pinto for FVRCP vaccination. Throughout the appointment, the staff and Dr. Pinto were very friendly and professional. Dr. Pinto and the vet assistant were very caring and attentive to my cat, making sure that the assessment was done correctly and quickly to reduce stress for my cat. Dr. Pinto was also very quick when administering the vaccination so that my cat would not feel stressed and painful. It is very quick and easy to re-schedule our appointment, and the assesment record we received afterwards is very thorough and informative with tips on how to improve the pet's health at home. (For us, it's our cat's dental health and weight) Highly recommend!!

I love bringing Ace to Heritage. Everyone is so patient and gentle with him, and he always gets spoiled with treats. I really appreciate how friendly the whole staff is, they do a great job of creating a clean and calm environment for you and your pets.

It's one thing to find a vet you like and trust, but the staff is also a major part of the process. We left a vet we really liked due to the inadequacies and rudeness of the staff - twice. We recently found Dr. Pinto and her team at Heritage. They have ALL been so helpful, not only to our fur babies, but to us as well. Dr. Pinto follows-up personally with feedback which is so helpful. The ladies on staff are kind, patient, and caring. We have really enjoyed Heritage thus far. Keep up the great work!

I happened upon this vet and am so thankful I did! I love how you can do the intake ahead of time and not when you’re wrangling a furry family member. I also love how wonderfully kind all the staff is. They treat everyone so well. The veterinarian explains everything you need to know and you can chose what can wait until next visit versus what’s more imperative this visit. The “baby picture” when we had our first visit (almost a year ago.) was so sweet too. They go the extra mile. Heritage Animal Clinic is the best!

We have taken our pup to Heritage several times now for allergies. Dr. Pinto and her staff are all wonderful and treat her so well along with spending plenty of time answering all our questions. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the wait times have been very short. I also like that they itemize all the options to help you figure out what you can afford to do.

We love it here! The staff is so kind and always willing to help us find affordable options for our pets. 10/10 would recommend!
